How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form or schedule a call—I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.
what is your booking policy?

I take deposits upfront for any appointment. With a deposit your appointment is not booked. I take $50 deposits for 2 hour sessions, $100 for half day sessions, and $150 for full day. All deposits are non-refundable.
what if I need to reschedule/cancel?

RESCHEDULE: notify me at least 48 hours before your appointment, i can reschedule you to another date. If it is less than a 48 hour notice, I can still reschedule you but you will need to put down a new deposit. you can reschedule twice, after that a new deposit will be needed for each reschedule.
CANCELLATION: out of courtesy please lease notify me 48 hours before your appointment. Deposit is still non-refundable when you cancel
If you decide to no call/ no show you will automatically not be able to rebook with me in the future.

what if I no call/no show
If you are running late please let me know. I allow up to 20 minutes before I will have to consider rescheduling you (thus needing another deposit to do so)
I charge hourly and if you are late with no notice I will starting charging right at your appointment start time.

What is the parking situation?

Our shop is located downtown so it is all street parking. Our are in particular is limited and can be tricky at times. Please leave 15 minutes early for your appointment to allow some time to find parking. don’t be surprised that you may have to go down the street a ways to find some parking. You can park anywhere on the street even if there is a sign that says “1 hour limit” you also do not have to pay any of the meters.
Of course! I guarantee all my tattoos so I will gladly touch it up for you! allow you tattoo to heal about 3 weeks before deciding if you need to get a touch up. First touch up is always free if you contact me within the first 3 months of it getting tattooed. Touch ups are normally and part of the tattoo journey! Skin is weird and sometimes it does heal right. I am also human and could have not put ink in the proper layer of the skin.
